Job Overview

The Channel Commercialization Coordinator manages the flow of channel marketing projects through the proper stages including strategic alignment, artwork creation, brand/ legal approval, production, and deployment. The position works closely with and supports a team of Channel Commercialization Managers who are responsible for the development of the go-to market-commercialization plan for each respective channel of business. The Channel Commercialization Coordinator manages the budget and works to maintain invoices and track expenses to ensure the department stays on budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates marketing projects involving artwork and point of sale materials, downloads point of sale material artwork from corporate partner libraries, and partners internally with the Graphic Designer or through outside agencies to design and create new artwork
  • Submits marketing commercialization projects for implementation to the internal procurement team to source pricing and production
  • Leads and tracks channel marketing projects through the proper stages includingstrategic alignment, artwork creation, brand, legal, and Marketing leadership approval, production, and deployment; both independently leading projects and initiatives and through supporting the Marketing Department initiatives
  • Manages the distribution of artwork to regional print shop production teams
  • Coordinates procurement and approval of final artwork proposals for commercial projects
  • Creates marketing commercialization presentations and keeps the marketing site updated with monthly marketing initiatives, new item launches, and commercialization plans
  • Maintains the timely submission and coding of invoices, and tracks, monitors, and reports on expenses to ensure adherence to department budget and goals

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 1-3 years of experience in a coordinator and administrative role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Must show the ability to work cross-functional and in a team environment
  • Office position supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks, placing orders, paying bills, balancing budgets, building presentations, managing marketing website, and other tasks
  • This role has been used as an entry-level position to develop a talent pool for other positions such as the shopper marketing role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
  • Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
