Job Posting: Revenue Coordinator I This position is onsite within Federal Way, WA Pay: $18-19/hr Full-time 40-hour role starting December 9th Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Revenue Coordinator I to join our Credits Team within the Revenue Operations Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: * Manage the printing, mailing, and filing of important and time-sensitive documents. * Kick off and run scheduled data loads into our systems. * Provide daily status updates and proactive alerts to your leaders. Key Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Intermediate proficiency in computer technology, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook). * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adhere to separate SLAs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Prior experience as an office assistant or in management is preferred. Nice to Haves: * Familiarity with office management tools and practices. Work Environment: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM PST (includes a 30-minute lunch). * Location: Onsite at our Federal Way, WA office.
