Lead Cleaner

Job Description Summary

The Lead Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.

Job Description

The LEAD CLEANER shall perform all custodial duties as assigned in addition to the following responsibilities:

  • Highly skilled in providing information regarding products and services of the company. .
  • Floor Care skilled such as us Scrub restrooms floor and strip/wax floors, carpet shampoo
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all employees.
  • Exceptionally skilled to handle returns and complaints effectively.
  • Demonstrates ability to accomplish multiple tasks as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years' custodial experience with thorough knowledge of custodial cleaning and service, methods and procedures
  • Must have ability to work well with other crew members
  • Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties
  • Bilingual; ability to read, write and speak fluently in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of safety practices with various cleaning solutions for housekeeping
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
