You'll leverage your data quality expertise implement a data quality framework across the organization, identify and address systemic issues, and work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure our data remains accurate and reliable for critical decision-making. Responsibilities & Qualifications

    Engage with business stakeholders across the organization to identify data quality requirements.
  • Defining and implementing an enterprise-wide data quality framework for monitoring, measuring, reporting, and resolving data quality anomalies.
  • Establish data quality metrics, including ROI calculations, for data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for remediating complex and systemic issues.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues, promote data quality practices, and provide education and training as needed.
  • Engage with data stewards to plan and address data quality improvements down to an individual data element level.
  • Lead the remediation of data controls, including prioritization of corrective actions.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data quality (requirements, defining and implementing enterprise data quality programs, root cause analysis, metrics, profiling, assessments, remediation).
  • Experience with insurance data (especially property & casualty) strongly preferred.
  • A proven ability to communicate data quality concepts effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Data Governance.
  • Experience with Data Quality and Data Governance tools (Collibra preferred).
  • Ability to manage large complex projects or processes independently.
  • Proficiency in SQL. Python is a bonus.
  • Data profiling techniques, data analysis, and statistical knowledge.

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in information management, information systems, data science, statistics, mathematics, risk management & insurance, computer science, or similar.
