The Sales Manager; Visitor Management role reports to the Vice President of the Workforce Identity business unit. Primary responsibilities are to manage the visitor management sales team, grow new revenue, maximize Visitor Management footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection policies through channel partner relationships and channel development building the US. The Sales Manager: Visitor Management must effectively lead the sales team and assist with new project opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations including senior management and all subsequent departments essential to advancing HID market position for Visitor Management. The Sales Manager: Visitor Management will be responsible to manage the sales team responsible for selling Visitor Management solutions to Global 2000 companies. The Sales Manager, Visitor Management will develop and execute a business plan to grow the product footprints through established channel relationships and developing new channel partners and build the KPIs for the sales team to execute against.

As our Sales Manager, Visitor Management, you'll support HID's successby:




  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual team revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market business plan
  • Continually build and grow a robust team sales pipeline
  • Successfully manage a team of 3+ territory account managers and inside salespeople
  • Work closely with pre-sales & post sales teams
  • Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com) along with weekly submissions to the BU leadership
  • Hiring and performance management of the sales team



What we will love about your background:




  • 5-7 years exceeding sales quota as an individual contributor and/or as a sales manager for a technology vendor
  • 5+ years in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space
  • Possess a track record of developing and managing channel partners who excel in greenfield territory, adding new logos in software sales, and growing the existing customer base
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Self-motivated with superb organizational skills
  • Extensive network of partners and advocates in market
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.



YourExperienceand Education include:




  • BS/BA degree, or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry and/or sales management
  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
