What You'll Do:
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: M.A. or M.S. in Education (specialty in rehabilitation or vocational evaluation). 2. License/Certifications: C.R.C. (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor). 3. Experience: Counseling theory, physical and psychological effects of disability, socio-economic affects of disability, occupational analysis, vocational evaluation and training as reflected in one to two years' experience. 4. Working knowledge of community, service agencies (local and state), federal agencies, financial benefit programs (SS, SSDI, Workers Compensation.) 5. Must be able to communicate and contribute in an interdisciplinary team setting. 6. Must demonstrate technical writing ability specific to the field. 7. Must be able to complete treatment plans with patient and family involvement. 8.
