Part-Time Community-Based Research Coordinator Institute for Health & Aging Part Time 82313BR Job Summary The project is testing a community-based music training intervention for adults age 60 and over with and without mild cognitive impairment. The project involves strong collaborations with community-based organizations and professionals.
The incumbent will support staff and Principal Investigator (PI). In addition, they will work with the PI and Project Manager to support project goals, including administering questions in a community-based behavioral study and assisting with planning informational sessions. They will learn to summarize information and identify matters of significance and adhere to consistency of study protocol. They will also follow study policies and best practices and alert project manager if any issues arise, and perform other duties as assigned. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
