We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer/System Administrator to manage, develop, and support our Salesforce Field Service platform. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining FSL solutions, building custom features, and optimizing the platform to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, enhance system functionality, and ensure that the system operates smoothly for users in the field and back office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • FSL Configuration and Administration: Perform day-to-day configuration and management of Salesforce Field Service Lightning, including setting up work types, service appointments, service resources, territories, and scheduling rules.
  • System Customization: Develop custom features in Salesforce FSL using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Customize and enhance FSL objects, layouts, and processes to meet the needs of the field service team.
  • Mobile Optimization: Ensure that the Salesforce FSL mobile app is optimized for field users by configuring mobile-specific features and ensuring a seamless experience for technicians.
  • User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide administrative support to FSL users, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
  • Integration Support: Assist with the integration of Salesforce FSL with other systems such as ERP, inventory management, and third-party tools, ensuring data flows smoothly between platforms.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain process automations using Flows, Process Builder, and workflows to improve business efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the FSL system by managing imports, exports, and data clean-up processes. Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics for field service performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new FSL features to recommend and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes. Provide training and support for end-users and administrators to ensure effective system use.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.



  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
  • Experience with Salesforce Security Model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), complex flows, and Visualforce development.
  • Strong understanding of Field Service processes, including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, service resources, and mobile workforce management.
  • Experience configuring automation tools using Flows, Process Builder, and workflows.


  • Experience working with Salesforce Field Service mobile app customization and optimization.


  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions for both users and system processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management including data imports/exports, data cleansing, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant (other certifications like Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer I are a plus).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (using APIs, middleware tools, etc.) with external systems such as ERP or inventory management.
  • Proven experience architecting FSL solutions is highly desirable.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company's active bonus policy for the respective year.
