What You'll Do
Who You'll Work With You will assist customer engineers in delivering solutions to their clients. State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers encompass a wide range of technologies and environments, including K-12 schools, hospitals, service providers, research universities, libraries, utilities, and state governments. You will have the opportunity to scale with various top-notch Cisco partner engineers. Additionally, you will both mentor and be mentored by other highly motivated and technical Cisco engineers who are eager to help you succeed. Who You Are You are an experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong background in network, collaboration, unified access, cybersecurity, and datacenter/virtualization. In a pre-sales technical role, you will partner with our Account Managers to showcase network product solutions. Your industry knowledge and years of technology experience will aid in technical selling, explaining features and benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs.
