Description: Maintain multiple groups 1. Maintain claims for assigned groups 2. Process CMS-1500 claims under $5k 3. Interpret individual group SPD's and apply benefits appropriately 4. Review/create Fogbugz cases 5. Access Anthem Blue Cross website for inquiries 6. Send correspondence to be batched, scanned and indexed 7. Access WIKI for Advantek policies and procedures 8. Access email for departmental communication 9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 10. Maintain effective communication with team members, Supervisors and Managers. 11. Maintain Claim Inventory turnaround time and volume within acceptable levels Skills: Claim, Customer service, medical billing, administration, Claims processing, dental claims, Insurance, Health insurance, Health care Top Skills Details: Claim,Customer service,medical billing,administration,Claims processing,dental claims Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related medical field preferred. Previous experience in a lead or lead type position.
