TEKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates for a Small Business Operations Specialist position with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL. This is NOT a remote position, all candidates must be local to Pensacola, FL. Job Description: To evaluate and process basic business lending applications submitted through the Credit Union Secure Document Upload portal. Research and gather supporting data and loan documentation to create opportunities for business credit cards, loans and lines of credit for lending requests up to $50,000. Ensure loan and credit card applications are complete and in compliance with federal and NCUA rules and regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures. Assist Business Loan Processor II and III with members and other staff regarding online business loan processing. Job Duties: * Back office work for loan products (no phones) * Review loan applications for errors * Email members for supporting documentation for approved loans * Work various reports * Email members that have fraud/address alerts on loan applications/credit pulls * Troubleshoot credit card ordering errors * Drafting loan documents for members to sign * 100% working in the system - 3-4 systems simultaneously Qualifications: * Ability to work in an extremely busy, fast paced work environment * Strong office/admin/clerical skills * High level attention to detail * Multitasking * Critical thinking skills (ability to think outside the box) * Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST Pay: $17.00/hour Location: HYBRID schedule working onsite 2 days a week required If you are interested and meet the qualifications, please apply with an updated resume!
