As part of the Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, the Director Operation Nazareth, reports to theVPISC BU. Responsible for the operations and financial performance of the Nazareth, PA site - comprised of Manufacturing & Engineering for the Vizinex line of RFID Tags. This Operations site, with their 5000 sq ft Warehouse, is also our Identification Technologies (IDT) BA Distribution/Fulfillment Center for North America, supporting other IDT Business Units outside of ISC. The Director Operation provides direction and leadership to create a customer-focused operation that is adaptable to changing needs and enhances the processes, quality, safety and efficiency of the site.

As our Director of Operations, HID Pennsylvania, you'll support HID's successby:




  • Ensuring that all Managers understand how their work relates to the organization meeting the customers' expectations and business objectives
  • Managing the operation with integrity to meet or exceed the business plan targets
  • Developing and executing annual financial and operating plan
  • Identifies issues with the operating metrics and has a strong contribution to the site and ISC BU P&L in preparing and overseeing budgets for assigned operational areas
  • Supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing processes focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Evaluate and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, trade and government agencies and company policies and procedures
  • Promoting and maintaining a "team" work environment that develops the skills of employees
  • Conducting staff meetings, and other meetings as needed to effectively communicate Company goals, objectives and performance
  • Interacting and collaborating with other Global functional groups. Participates in formulating and administering local procedures aligned with global policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, trade and government agencies and company policies and procedures

  • 5 - 10 years operations management experience, preferably in an ISO9001 certified facility
  • Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience preferred
