Summary Responsible for coordinating and directing the efforts of the Document Control associates to ensure the timely and accurate processing and general control of documents. Distributes work and determines work priorities for the staff. Performs quality audits and helps evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance program. May orient, train, assign and check the work of lower level employees and be designated as lead worker.
