Description Franklin Memorial Hospital Management/Leadership Req #: 7120 Position Summary As a physician member of the Senior Leadership Team at the Franklin Community Health Network, The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) ensures that safe, high quality clinical care is provided to all patients. The CMO serves as a liaison between Administration and Medical Staff, providing medical/clinical insight to Senior Leadership and administrative insight to Medical Staff. This is a key role impacting the health and wellness of the region as well as the standard of care at MaineHealth. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: MD or DO degree required. License/Certifications: Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) and licensed to practice medicine in the State required. Experience: Five years' progressive and relevant healthcare management experience required. Physician leadership experience preferred.
