Summer Internship Program Overview
Novonesis' Summer Internship Program provides a wide range of opportunities for current college students. We pride ourselves in offering real-world projects and providing interns with multiple networking opportunities to help you learn and grow both personally and professionally. Click here to learn more: YouTube-Novozymes Internship Experience Summer Internships will last for 10-12 weeks, are full time, and will start in mid-May 2025.

Process Engineering Internship Experience
Our Production departments are looking for great interns for next summer and while specific projects are still being worked out, we typically host interns in the following departments:

  • Fermentation

  • Recovery

  • Supply Chain

  • Optimization

  • Project Execution

Novonesis hiring managers will match candidates to the group and project that best aligns with your interests (as you describe in your cover letter and/or resume).

In these positions you need to:

  • Be currently enrolled in a BS, MS or PhD degree program focusing in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or related concentration.

  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA (PLEASE INCLUDE GPA ON RESUME)

  • Relevant coursework and extracurricular experience (internships, lab experience, student organization experience) strongly preferred.

  • Able to arrange your own housing and transportation.

Location:Franklinton, North Carolina
