Job Purpose

The Financial Analyst will prepare financialstatus reports for various programs and operations by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. The analyst will guide cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; and recommending actions. This position will require the analyst to consolidate and analyze financialdata, taking into account company's goals andfinancialstanding while providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improvefinancialperformance.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

* Financial analysis, plans / results evaluations

* Regular and ad-hoc reporting based on management needs

* Monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts (costs and revenues)

* Forecasts comparison, discrepancies justification

* Financial estimates including invoiced data control

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Minimum of two years' experience
• While accounting knowledge is required, the majority of the responsibilities for this role will be analytical in nature
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Oracle is preferred
• Analytical thinking with hands-on approach
• This role will have exposure to senior leaders, so strong communication skills and confidence are critical.
