Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Hours: 4:45 AM - 5:00 PM (2-2-3 rotation) or 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM (2-2-3 rotation)

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll lead production teams to ensure smooth operations, safety, and high-quality molded pulp products. In this hands-on role, you'll drive process improvements and help the company grow in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Promote safety by setting an example, conducting audits, and leading safety training and inspections.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to hire, train, and develop production teams, while mentoring staff to foster growth and a positive work environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and encourage innovation in production processes.
  • Monitor production, train employees on machinery, and coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency across teams.
  • Collaborate with Plant and Production Managers to ensure high product quality and implement cost-saving strategies.


Basic Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of Shift Supervisor experience, preferably in manufacturing or production.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in molded pulp manufacturing is a plus.
  • Certifications (or willingness to obtain) in CPR, First Aid, and Six Sigma.
  • Experience with recruitment and hiring.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • A collaborative, servant-leader approach with a focus on team empowerment.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and motivated to improve processes.
