AI UX Platform Engineer This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office. Develop and optimize applied generative AI driven UX platform features, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience across different applications.
Collaborate with UX engineers, product managers, and potentially data scientists to implement AI features that align with user needs and enhance interaction quality.
Support the deployment and integration of algorithms, ensuring high performance and usability in the user interface.
Participate in debugging, testing, and refining platform elements to maintain smooth functionality and a high-quality user experience.
Research and stay current with AI and UX developments, contributing ideas and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
Engage in code reviews and actively participate in team meetings to improve platform development processes.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcomed.
2-4 years in software development, with a proven track record of API development, database integration, and providing services for UX-driven platforms.
Proficient in JavaScript/Typescript, NodeJS, and GraphQL.
You have general knowledge of or exposure to applied generative AI development using tools like the Langchain suite, LlamaIndex, Spring-AI or model provider APIs.
Knowledge or work experience in cloud based environments such as GCP or AWS.
Java/Kotlin, Python, ML/Data Science experience are all a bonus.
Solid knowledge of application performance monitoring instrumentation and hands-on experience with tooling.
Able to work effectively with UX, product, and engineering teams, you translate technical concepts into practical, user-centered applications.
Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot microservices and code efficiently.
You're passionate about expanding your knowledge in AI and UX, staying current on trends and looking for ways to implement them in your work.
