The Director of Clinical and Case is responsible for the management of the program under the leadership and guidance of the Vice President. The Director supervises the Assistant Director, Program Coordinator of Clinical, and the Program Coordinator of Case Management; provides all reports; and maintains a respectful and supportive workplace environment. This position will comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, including those of ORR, ICE and the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.This role requires a BILINGUAL (Spanish) candidate. THIS ROLE INCLUDES A $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS AS WELL AS A $5,000 RELOCATION BONUS.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensures process and program improvement and/or development by utilizing data driven output and/or information including but not limited to ensure living units are kept in acceptable manner and ensuring documentation is completed in timely manner.

* Facilitates and participates in various meetings and committees including but not limited to team meetings, staff meetings, and core treatment team meetings.

* Ensures and monitors delivery of consistent and comprehensive sets of services are provided to youth and families at frequencies consistent with treatment goals, state mandates, and Agency policy. Ensures all required documentation is completed in timely, consistent and comprehensive manner. Responsible to receive and report all Critical Incidents timely. Manage and reduce risk in area(s) of responsibility and to report it if it is outside of area(s) of responsibility or seek assistance when needed to resolve the matter. Assures health and safety risks are controlled or removed, and a safe and therapeutic environment exists.

* Assist with developing annual budget; monitors and develops administration of program budget. Monitors programs and services meet/exceed utilization targets and expenses do not exceed budgetary limits. Participates in development of budget based on current spending and trends.

* Serves as liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure safety planning, reporting, and documentation is completed and submitted per regulation and agency policy.

* Adheres to agency policies and procedures; promotes and supports agency mission, vision and values including participating in internal surveys and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.

* Provides direct supervision of direct reports, conducts performance evaluations, coordinates and conducts staff training, and provides recommendations for other personnel actions. Ensures staffing ratio requirements are met and monitors time. Coordinates and conducts staff training and development; and ensures staff training requirements are met.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

* LCSW required.

* Minimum of 1- 3years of experience working with children and families required.

* Fluent in English/Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Must have supervisory experience (1-3 years)

* Must have a Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history to the Agency.

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including on-call, evenings and weekends as needed.

* Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population.

Pay

$91,800 - 100,000 annually

This is a salaried position, paid weekly.
