We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team!A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a creative technical expert and problem solver with superb customer relationship skills. They are able to translate complex technical requirements into consumable action plans, create innovative, scalable solution designs, and execute software development responsibilities on time and with quality. This must have demonstrated ability to engage in discussions with senior level technology decision makers to establish business value, and land technical solutions. The TAM will cultivate, deepen and sustain long-term relationships with Microsoft's key strategic customers (Fortune 500 & 100), technical decision makers, advertising sellers, and partners. The TAM will develop a deep understanding of their needs and business strategy to effectively influence and execute services / solutions aligned with demand plans and product roadmaps.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesAct as trusted technical advisor to clients, field teams, and partners through deep understanding of the Microsoft Advertising Platform and online advertising industry. Establish deep client relationships with key technical and product decision makers to influence product adoption, grow share of wallet, and exceed client goals.Ability to implement high-performance solutions across teams and environments with minimal help. You'll also monitor telemetry data and perform analyses to identify patterns that reveal errors and unexpected problems.Respond to incidents by identifying the level of impact, troubleshooting basic issues, suggesting/deploying appropriate fixes, and implementing automation recommendations to prevent recurring issues. You'll also follow prescriptive guidance for security, privacy, and compliance standards.Solid collaboration within and across teams by proactively and systematically sharing information. You'll also support your work with others by proactively managing dependencies.You will improve the development and operations of systems, platforms, or product features by sharing insights and best practices. You'll do this by participating in design reviews, incident drills and debriefs, and regular meetings.
