This role will oversee and manage a team of three Area Managers across the South East U.S. market, driving regional sales strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall direction and control of all sales activities for South U.S. Sales
  • Continuously mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training
  • Directs sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Additional responsibilities include forecasting, quota assignment, and account and channel management
  • Win major accounts in the South U.S.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace
  • Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software products
  • Experience in security and network and network/internet-protocol related applications in a telecom business environment required
  • Proven contacts in major South U.S. accounts
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
