Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Melbourne. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:
  • Perform hand soldering by utilizing a microscope to remove, install, align and straighten parts
  • Remove solder from Gold Plate, prepare for re-plating and re-plate
  • Use epoxy to affix loose pads to board
  • Add land material when it is broken or missing
  • Apply epoxy to damaged PC Boards to repair fiberglass
  • Install missing pads
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $18hr
Hours: Full-Time; 1st shift 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday - Friday

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
Minimum 1 year experience hand soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
J-STD-001 Certification
Highschool Diploma / GED
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:
IPC certification
Lift up to 35 pounds
Read and write in English
Knowledge working on computers
Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy

Additional Information

Upon accepted offer, candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Candidates must be ITAR compliant meaning: U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees and those given asylum in the United States, and temporary residents granted amnesty.
