Job Qualifications: Associate's Level Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. 3 years of Supervisory Retail experience preferred. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience required. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities related to department operations for systems management, operation and control, judgment and decision-making, quality outcomes, and customer service. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Marketing, Management of Financial Resources, and Leadership experience. The Manager, Gift Shop is responsible for the overall direction of the Gift Shop in meeting the needs of the patients, their families and hospital employees.
