What You'll Do

We're looking for a hands-on IT Program Manager to join our team and lead key IT programs that deliver real impact across our operations. You'll be the lead on IT and business operations projects, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions that support our fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. Duties include:

• Deliver projects and understand the challenges of a site-based environment and ensuring our technology is fit-for-purpose.
• Shape how we deliver technology, bringing together teams across functions, manufacturing, and our external partners to drive results
• Lead and oversee multiple project teams globally, ensuring timely, outcome-focused portfolio/program delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder engagement and collaborate closely with business units and IT to ensure that technology solutions are tailored to operational needs and site-based and customer realities.
• Successfully manage multiple projects while working with vendors, customers, and IT department
• Drive change by implementing innovative strategies that optimise delivery timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Be a key player in governance, providing strategic insights and leading steering committees to keep projects on track.
• Effective management of emerging risks and issues and proactive in solving problems as they emerge.
• Provide hands on support and guidance to ensure smooth program execution
• Drive tangible results with leadership focused on both people and outcomes.
• Demonstrate your commitment to positively contributing to a safe, inclusive and high-performance culture

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience working as a program and / or project manager
• 5+ years working as a program and / or project manager in a technical environment / industry
• PMP Certification strongly preferred
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful
• Experience working with teams in a matrix organization
• Extensive experience managing SI partners in delivery including leading RFP, RFQ processes with procurement.
• Highly organised, with an eye for detail, and have knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• You have solid experience working with technical teams in IT infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and applications including SAP.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
