Summary:
The Senior Director - Entity Security is responsible for contributing to and translating system security strategy into tailored approaches that effectively deliver all facets of a comprehensive physical security program to assigned specialty areas. The person selected for this role will provide leadership, direction, development, and supervision to direct reports; remove barriers to performance; conduct risk and threat assessments; implement mitigation approaches that are data-informed and risk-rationalized; develop Service Level Agreements; implement metric review and dashboard reporting; manage progress against goals; continuously improve operations; integrate effectively with peers representing other functional areas; and serve as a point of escalation to resolve any gaps in service delivery.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's degree required. 2. License/Certifications: N/A. 3. Experience: 10 years' management-level experience with program level responsibility in security management. 5 years' experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing tailored mitigation solutions. 4.
