Taking our tech to new levels! As an IT Systems Technician at Uline's Georgia location, ensure the warehouse and offices are properly equipped with the technology needed to get up and running! Position Responsibilities Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices. Install and organize network cables for workstations and data cabinets. Help with employee workspace and building changes. Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions. Manage the equipment check-in process and perform inventory audits. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years of IT experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems. Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
