This position reports to

Field Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division in the West Region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Responsible for deploying appropriately trained and qualified Field Services Engineers & Technicians to meet the demands and schedules of customers.
*Responsible for maintaining 100% accurate resource schedules using scheduling/dispatching platform and SAP software.
*Upon job completion, reconciling costs for time & material jobs and selected firm price jobs, and invoicing those jobs to customer.
*Communicate/coordinate with multiple parties.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 2 to 5 years of experience, or alternatively, a
  • combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Experience supporting Industrial/Electrical Services or Products.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
