Unit: Acute Rehab Unit

Location: Main Hospital, Arlington Heights IL

Hours: 8am-430pm with alternating weekend coverage

Shift: Days

Part time/Full Time: Full Time- 40 hours per week

Earliest start date available: 1/6/2025

What you will need:

• The completion of a degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited school, or the equivalent.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
• At least 1 year experience preferred

General Summary:

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and develops and implements individual Speech-Language Pathology programs designed to improve and maximize independent functioning within their physical limitations.
