• Respond to resident inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Assist residents with daily tasks such as package delivery, grocery shopping, and scheduling maintenance services.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities such as the fitness center, lounge, or community events.
• Manage special requests, such as arranging housekeeping, pet care, or personal shopping.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the building's amenities, policies, and local services to provide accurate information to residents.
• Build strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring security and access to the building.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns effectively.
