Maintenance Sr. Technician (EBV)

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

• Performs preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.
• Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness.
• Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
• Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system.
• Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards.
• Independence: Performs manual tasks according to established procedures.
• General Profile: Requires basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process
• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines
• Works with close supervision

Education:

• Vocational/Technical Training Degree. (required)
• In lieu of, have combination of relevant education &/or experience. (required)
• Associate's Degree. (preferred)

Experience:

• 2-4 years' of related experience. (required)
• Maintenance or related discipline. (preferred)
