The Academic Personnel Analyst 3 serves as the lead for the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences in all academic personnel matters with focus on Non-Senate Academics including Unit 18 lecturers, represented Academic Student Employees, Postdocs, Visiting Professors and other non-senate academic appointees. The analyst will serve as the subject matter expert on the bargaining contracts and policies for these populations and will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison to the departments, college and campus offices. The analyst will oversee work related to non-senate populations ensuring compliance with represented bargaining contracts and policies and procedures. The analyst will develop college policies and procedures and will implement through education and training , and will proactively plan for and improve services where needed. The analyst will work with the Director and Assistant Directors on labor and employee relations matters, including requests for information, grievances and implementation of new contracts. The analyst will serve as a partner across the college delivering the highest level of customer service that reflects the strategic objectives and goals of the college and University.
This position is eligible for a hybrid remote work schedule. The full salary range for the Academic Personnel Analyst- Lead for Non-Senate Academics for the Humanities and Arts is $73,600.00 - $133,200.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. |
